Limited Submission: Limited Submission: Unless Appendices specify additional information or provide limitations on the number of proposals that may be submitted by an organization, there is no restriction on the number of proposals that an organization may submit in response to an Appendix or on teaming arrangements for any one proposal. Each proposal must be a separate, stand-alone, complete document for evaluation purposes.
